Notice is hereby given, to all millers, malsters, factors, merchants, clerks, agents, or Other persons, being buyers of corn for sale, that by an act of Parliament, passed in the twenty-ninth year of the reign of his present Majesty King George the third, intitled, An act for better regulating and ascertaining the importation and exportation of corn and grain, and that in pursuance of and by authority of the same act, J. Furnass hath been duly appointed inspector of the prices of corn and grain, for the purposes in the said act mentioned, at the market town of appleby, for the east and west wards of the county of Econcerning predestination the imputation of sin and righteousmess, and the nature and effects of justifying faith Westmorland. ...

Doctor Willard, (lately arrived from France) begs leave to acquaint the nobility, gentry, and public in general, that he cures all sorts of corns in a few minutes, let them be ever so bad or of long standing, without the least Pain or Bloodshed. Ladies and Gentlemen who chuse to be constantly attended upon by the Year, he engages that they shall be free from Corns or bad Nails. The most violent Tooth Ach cured in an Instant, he draws the most difficult Teeth, and puts in Artificial Ones to imitate Nature. Also clears the Teeth of their Foulness and Tartar without Pain, of ever so black or yellow in a few Minutes. Stops hollow Teeth with Gold or Lead to prevent decaying or aching. Persons who are troubled with an offensive Breath, or a disagreeable Taste in their Mouth, may be effectually cured. Any Person labouring under a certain Disorder, may have proper Advice and Medicines for it at very moderate Terms, and cures the above Disorder without the least Partical of Mercury let it be ever so bad. Thé Doctor may be spoke with in several Languages, at no. 328, near the new church, Strand. N.B. A Private Door and commodious Appartments to receive Ladies or Gentlemen.

In a large room, at the Wrestlers, in the Petty Cury, on Monday the 10th of May, and every Evening during the week, Signor Zucker, and Co. (who have had the Honour of performing before their Majesties) Will display their inimitable and surprising performances. Part the First, With Books, Eggs, Numbers, Dishes, &c. by Mr. Zucker. Second,-Singing by Miss Zucker. Third,-A Lady, who has had the Honour of performing before their Majesties, will play several Airs on the Musical Glasses. After which she will Produce the Learned Birds; Which she has taught, at the word of command, to go through the Exercise of a Soldier; to lie down as if dead, on a wooden Pillow, then she takes him by the Leg, Wing, or Head, and his Limbs hang as really dead; to sit up like a Lapdog, with a Stick in his Claw, after which he swings himself in a Swing, like a Rope-Dancer; to shew how the Ladies look out of their Windows; to mimic a Dutch Woman going to Market, with Milk-Pails on her Shoulders; to appear as a Cannoneer, with a Firelock, Cartouch-Box and Cap, and sitting on the Carriage of a Cannon, will discharge the same, without being frightened in the least; the same will act as if wounded, and be wheeled to the Hospital in a little Barrow; to turn a Wind-Mill;-And, the most surprizing of all, to stand in the middle of a Firework, which shall be discharged all around him, without the least Fear. Fourth,-Miss Zucker will act a Medley upon different Countries, and sing several favourite Songs. To conclude with a Masquerade Dance, between several dozens of Eggs, by Miss Zucker, Blind-Folded. The Room is fitted up in a commodious Manner for the reception of Ladies & Gentlemen. Doors to be opened at Seven, and to begin precisely at Eight. Admittance One Shilling only.
