H. Joy, & Co. present their compliments to their customers to whom this notice is sent: --- Beg Leave to advise them, that a Person is now set out to collect the Debts due to them for the Relfast News-Letter, Advertising therein, &c.; and entreat that those he waits upon will give him all convenient Dispatch. N.B. It is requested that the Gentlemen at whose Houses he may have Occasion to call, will leave their Money with some one of the Family, to prevent a Disappointment by their being from Home when called upon. Belfast, 22d Sept. 1789. - The Necessity for regular Payments is now so obvious, that the Proprietors humbly hope that all old Arrears will be paid up; as without such Punctuality it will henceforth be impossible to prosecute the Business.
