Thoughts on taxation and a new system of funding, By which the landholder and stockholder, being equally secured, would run the same fortune, and the latter escape the dangerous envy of being considered as a kind of foreigner, uncorcerned in the calamities of the country; and which, being adopted, would operate to lower the price of common necessaries, to a degree that would render substantial relief to commerce, that true source of riches and national credit.

Justice and Policy. An essay on the increasing growth and enormities of our Great Cities. Shewing the breaches thereby occasioned in the constitution; and to place it upon a more firm basis, by uniting Ireland, instead of exchanging religion for trade. With a plan of an union-the publication of which was deferred in the first part. Also a descant upon the present state of the nation in regard to America, of the Isle of Man, on police, and a new scheme of annuities, for the benefit of the poor, by employing them universally; with miscellaneous reflections. Addressed to a noble peer. By a Freeholder in Ireland, and a Stockholder in England. Part II.
