Particulars and conditions of sale of a desirable freehold estate, most eligibly situate within three miles of truro, and about a quarter of a mile from the turnpike road leading from truro and Palmouth, both good market towns, in the county of Cornwall, called Killigonoon, consisting of a spacious substantial well-built stone mansion, double coach house, stabling for eleven horses, with convenient offices of every description faited to the mansion and the purposes of the harm, excellent kitchen garden II'alled, cropped, and planted, pleasure ground, lawn, bowling green, &c.
