Particulars and conditions of sale of a valuable freehold estate, the property of James Mansfield Chadwicke, Esq; Deceased, consisting of Substantial well built houses, &c. Desirably situate on the south side of Golden Square, James Street and Brewer Street adjoining, let to respectable tenants, some on low ground rents on leases which will expire in 1796; others at will low rents, which will admit of very considerable increase; the whole, of the annual value of eight hundred and sixty-five pounds. Which will be sold by auction, (in eighteen lots) by order of the devisees in trust under the will; By Mr. Christie, at his great room in Pall Mall, on Tuesday, March 30th, 1790, at one o'clock.
