And John Jenkings alias Forrest for breaking open the house of Mr. Thomas Merrit, and Stealing from thence four Pieces of long Ells. Likewise the remarkable Trials of Patrick Kelly for endeavouring to enlist Men into the Service of the French King, and William Prate for Manslaughter in killing Nicholas Rawlins by striking him on the Loins with a Broomstick, and above Thirty other particular Trials.
