Chairs and Tables of all Sorts; Marble Tables, on elegant carved Frames; Variety of Carpets; Pier, Sconce, and Chimney, Glasses, &c. Stove Grates, and Kitchen Furniture. - -Also a large Collection of Paintings by eminent Masters; 700 Ounces of Plate; fine India Cabinets and Dressing Boxes; curious old China; Linen, Liquors, Casks, &c. - Five Lead Figures as large as Life; a Rick of fine Meadow Hay; a Chariot, and Harness for a Pair of Horses; One Horse Chair and Harness, two Carts, and two fine Normandy Cows, &c. Which will be Sold by Auction, on the Premises, By Mr. Smith, On Monday the 26th, Wednesday the 28th, Thurs the 29th, and Friday the 30th of April; and on Monday the 3d of May, 1773. The Sale to begin each Day precisely at Eleven O'Clock. The Goods may be viewed from Friday the 23d, to the Time of Sale. Catalogues may be had at the Place of Sale, and at Mr. Smith's in Salisbury.

Who is quitting his Seat at Challow, in Berkshire, One Mile from Wantage, in the High Turnpike Road and Sixty-One Miles from London: which (by direction of the proprietor) Will be sold by Auction, By James Lucas, On Wednesday the 20th of September, 1786, and Two following Days, On the Premises, In 150 Lots each Day, at Ten O'Clock, The Whole may be viewed on Monday and Tuesday, and the Mornings of Sale. Catalogues may be then had on the Premises; the Inns on the Road from London to Challow; and of James Lucas, Auctioneer, No. 66, Chiswell Street, Moorfields.
