Notes

Robert Offord comes from Quedgeley in Gloucestershire.. He is a 2nd year student in fine art and is a member of a media and performance group. He is interested in using performance and media in his work. He has been doing work around identity and this project can help him put his own identity on display. On the plinth he will be taking photos and answering calls.
