Austin McCracken lives in a small fishing village in Northern Ireland, twenty miles from Belfast. He has been a picture dealer for many years and related anecdotes about buying pictures and how people had to be careful and use their eyes. He is a also a member of the Speaking Circle in Belfast and talked about how members often had to deliver 3 minutes speeches with 10 minutes to prepare on a range of mystery subjects, and a 'Pandora's Box' of objects. On the plinth he will be showing a piece of art called 'Waking it up" and will be talking about it.
