Black and white photograph of 'partial hypertrophy' of the foot. The second toe of the left foot is the part most affected. The patient was a young Hindoo, aged 18. For details of the case see 'British Medical Journal' vol II (1891) pp188-189, where it is wrongly described as acromegaly.
