An eulogy moralized, on the illustrious character of the late General George Washington, who died on Saturday, the 14th day of December, 1799. Delivered at Gloucester, on the 22d of February, 1800--in compliance with the recommendations of Congress, the Legislature of this Commonwealth, and the unanimous voice of the town aforesaid. By Eli Forbes, A.M. Pastor of the First Church in said town. Now made public at the desire of the hearers.
