Comptes que rend Catharine Goguet veufve de feu Guillaume Duval, Appothicaire de Messieurs de Sainct Denys, Prieurie et Convent dudict lieu, de toutes les receptes tout en medecines que Chirurgie ordonnes par le Medecin et Chirurgien dudict lieu pour les malades de la dicte Abbaye commencent le xi Aoust mil Vcent iiiiXX et ung. The record runs from 1581 to 1585, and is certified correct by the Auditors on behalf of the Community under the date 9 July 1585. This attestation is also signed by Loys Thibault 'Docteur Régent en la Faculté de Médecine en l'université de Paris'. Below this is a formal receipt for the money, signed by Catharine Goguet, dated 6 May 1586. Produced in Saint Denis.
