About this work
Description
3D reconstruction of confocal/multi-photon images collected through a 100 micrometer thick live lymph node from a bone-marrow transplanted mouse (4 months post transplant). Cells express one of five different fluorescent proteins which gives them their colour: Cerulean (cyan), EGFP (green), Venus (yellow), tdTomato (purple), mCherry (red). Collagen matrix surrounds the cells (white). Tile stitched image size is 680 x 720 micrometers.
