Deed of bargain and sale by Charles Allington, of Banbury, Oxon., apothecary, to Walter Wells, of Banbury, yeoman, of household goods and chattels in Allington's dwelling house in Banbury, for forty pounds, 16 April 1731. Signed and sealed by Charles Allington. Witnessed by Edward Stranler and John Miller. Endorsed with a note of receipt of the sum of forty pounds. The deed provides an inventory of the goods purchased, including the tools of Allington's trade in the kitchen and elsewhere.
