Arlequin toovenaar en barbier. Dedié à Monsieur Antoine Joseph de Bergk, conseiller actuël des mines de sa majesté imperiale & royale; et son commisfaire tres merité pour la chambre antique des finances; par son tres humble serviteur P. Fouquet junior. ... C. Troost pinxit. P. Tanjé fecit. All the lettering is repeated in French Lettering continues: "Zo! Meester Arlequin! gy kunt u kunstig weeren, straf deeze Snoevers vry voor hunn' vermeetlen waan, Maar zo ge, in deeze Stad, moest all'hun Makkers Scheeren, 't Gaat vast, gy had uw werk in lang niet afgedaan. L.P.!"
