Pp. 92-98 of 'Illustrissimi Ducis Terraenovae casus enarratio' is by Andreas Vesalius, and is entitled 'Pro magni et illustr. Terraenovae Ducis fistula, ex levi axilla in thoracis concavum pervia, & aliis gravibus non paucis affectibus, ob puris supra septum transversum coacervationem, & ineptam per fistulam expurgationem, subinde provenientibus'. There is also a prefatory letter by Bartolomeo Eustachi (p. 5-[7])
