Description
Collection of cookery, medical, and household receipts: with additions by other hands. Inside the upper cover are the signatures of 'Elizabeth Pease 4th November, 1802' and of 'Harriet F. Smith 1851'. The MS. contains receipts by these two hands, as well as others dated between 1820 and 1871, and seems to have been begun c. 1820, and not at the earlier date given on the inscription inside the cover.
