Correspondence confirming a quarterly arrangement for the settlement of account, and confirmation that Burroughs Wellcome & Co "shall not be called upon to pay monies to your representative Mr A E Holden, or to anyone else on your behalf".
Also, brief notes of a meeting between Mr Fairchild and Henry Wellcome (May, 1900), with lists of monthly sales of "Fairchild Preparations" for 1897-99.
