Notes

Patrick (Dr) Hickey comes from Edinburgh. He is a scientist and entrepreneur. Has also invited several scientific devices which are now used in labs around the world. His particular field of interest is mushrooms and fungi and the crossover of art and science. He has taken photos of mushrooms and enlarged them and was going to deliver a lecture on mushrooms, telling people some facts about them and playing 'mushroom music' (generated using an electron microscope ), displaying coloured images on his laptop which was generated by sound.
