Notes

Brian Russell Capaloff lives in Falkirk in Scotland but originally from London. Works with the homeless up in Scotland and talks about his various professional roles working for a selection of charities. Was political in his past, but now more of a family man. On the plinth he will be publicise "Reprieve" and the story of Linda Carty who is on death row in Texas.
