Biographical note
The HEC Contraceptive Programme Planning Group began in 1981 to give advice to the HEC's Output Committee for future HEC activities. The Group's aims were to assess current developments and trends in sex education and personal relationships, contraceptive methods, usage and related problems and to utilise this as a basis for proposals for future HEC activities.
