Notes

Justin Sargeant is currently from North Yorkshire but he was originally from Sussex. He studies at Imperial College and is against current cuts to the Language Department. On the plinth he will have a banner and will tape his mouth to represent the silencing of the students. He is aware that there is a scarcity of native speakers in other languages and he is very upset of these happening in many institutions.
