Notes

Walter Hunt comes from Milton Keynes but was originally from Lincolnshire. He is retired but used to be a Systems Analyst. On the plinth he will blowing bubbles with a bubble machine, taking pictures. He has some binoculars and hopes to look at the statute of Nelson and how people react being looked at with binoculars. He might read the Guardian.
