Description
Correspondence. Paton served as Chairman to a one-week meeting in Toronto organised jointly by the Foundation and WHO (30 March to 3 April, 1981) entitled: 'Adverse Health and Behavioural Consequences of Cannabis Use'. A summary report was subsequently submitted jointly to the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs and other international bodies.
