Letter (5 January, 1942) from Charles E Frost & Co (Montreal) concerning "some experiments with a series of new sulphonamide derivatives originated and synthesised in our laboratories". Communication prompted by discussions with Sir Henry Dale during a visit to Montreal. "In addition to requesting your suggestions as to a modus operandi ... we would also like to know if the TRC might look with favour on an application to membership in the Corporation from us." Letter circulated to the Research Panel.
Extract from a letter (30 January, 1942) from Dr T B Maxwell, May & Baker Ltd, to TRC Secretary expressing concern about the "declaration of new fields of endeavour".
