Notes

Victor Martinez is from Sheffield but has lived in London for 15 years. He comes from a multicultural background; his parents came over in the 1940s escaping Franco's regime in Spain. He wants to make a statement about how Britain is made up of many different cultures by portraying the stereotypical English gentleman, playing music from people who have settled here to show how English identity has been influenced by other cultures. He is going to make a cup of tea, read the paper and play hip hop music.
