Venereal disease is almost always caught through sexual intercourse with an infected person, who may have it without knowing. Only skilled treatment can cure it. A VD specialist should be consulted by anyone who has risked infection -- advice and treatment are free and confidential. No need for an appointment, no doctor's letter required.
