A form of prayer and thanksgiving to almighty God; to be used in all churches and chapels throughout England, the Dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed, on Tuesday the Twenty fifth day of April next, being the day appointed by proclamation for a general thanksgiving to almighty God, for putting an end to the late bloody and expensive war, by the conclusion of just and honourable peace. By His Majesty's Special Command.
