Notes

Claire Field is a last minute standby, she only knew she was going on the plinth a couple of hours beforehand so came from Oxford with her boyfriend. She is wearing a banana costume she found at home and is wearing it because she thinks it will attract people's attention and because her boyfriend has a fear of them. She has recently returned from travelling around the world and was particularly impressed by Galapagos and Ecuador. She is currently looking for a job since graduating with a degree in French, she would like to do a PGCE but missed her interview. On the plinth Claire will hold up a white board with her friend's charities website on it "www.internocracy.com". She says has always been an adventurous person and very involved with university societies. She lived abroad in Grenoble for a year during university, snowboarding and working for Air France.
