Description

Various ephemera including United Hospitals Hare & Hounds season 1927-1928 card, certificate of post-war credit, 1942, a photocopy of a blood count report annotated "I don't think iron would do much good. More sleep and less time at the Bun Shop" [a pub in Cambridge], dated 4 Apr 1946, photographs of Chateau Breuil-Benoit near Dreux, and birthday cards to Robert Race.

Also includes personal letters relating to his retirement, recollections of a visit to Dallas in 1946, and a letter from Lieutenant Blomfield of the RAMC (Royal Army Medical Corps) regarding medical treatment.
