Description
This volume actually contains copies of the annual returns sent to Companies House (in the UK) as required by the Companies Act 1929. While some copies are as they would have been sent to the Registrar, others are simply notes of what has been altered since the return was last made.
Returns include details of directors of the company, and details of shares and shareholders.
Some of the copy returns have been signed. Some postcards from the Registrar, acknowledging receipt of returns, have been fixed into the volume.
