Description
Shows the correct treatment for a fracture of the neck of the femur. A radiograph shows typical features, the patient is prepared and spinal anaesthesia is applied. The fracture is reduced by flexion verticle traction, internal rotation and extension. A radiograph shows the reduction and line of the femur. Various patients are shown.
