File containing notes, correspondence and copy correspondence, memorandum, extracts from Works Committee Minutes and several drafts of an Agreement between the Directors of the Crichton Royal Institution and the County Council of Dumfries concerning the granting of a limited supply of the Institution's water to Brownhall School and Schoolhouse in 1934. Correspondence is from the Education Authority for Dumfriesshire, the County Clerk for Dumfries, the Crichton Royal Institution and the Landward School Board and concerns the drainage at Brownhall School, a request to the Directors of Crichton Royal Institution to use the garden ground at Brownhall School, the granting of water supply and sewage facilities and the discussions over a suitable agreement regarding water supply.
