Description

Borderline lepromatous (BL) leprosy: side effects of chemotherapy This picture shows 'punched out', pigmented lesions on a patient's abdomen. Note the raised peripheral band of tissue with central healing. This is more typical of mid-borderline (BB) leprosy. The dark brown pigmentation of the lesions suggests that clofazimine has been used in treatment.
