Notes

Dominic Franks lives in Bellow in Lincolnshire. He runs an events company called the Persuaders which puts on launches, fashion shows, and brings brands to life working on their identity. On the plinth he is going to take photographs from the plinth and plans to take one per minute, though he may end up taking more. He will then put them on his website so other people can see what he saw from the plinth. He likes the statement art creating art.
