This part is about the birth of a Chinese baby to Nancy Lamb in Manchester's China Town. She describes in detail the importance of diet in both pregnancy and the early months of childbirth. Viviane Lowe talks about traditional Chinese medicine, and Martin Palmer contributes information about the religious side of pregnancy and childbirth in Chinese culture.
