Notes

Paul Crofts comes from Sheffield. On the plinth he is going to promote his son's band and construct a kinetic silver figure that is designed with its surroundings in mind and should move with the wind. He has worked in kitchen design for a number of years. Thinks the arts have massively improved of late and wants to propose to the council building a large scale silver figure similar to the one he has constructed for the plinth.
