Includes communications between the Society and its membership, the Thalidomide Trust, the College of Health (London), thalidomide expert R. W. Smithells, teratologist Nigel Brown and Professor of Primary Care Jeremy Dale (both of whom supported the grant application as independent reviewers), and the National Lottery Charities Board.

Includes a copy of the final grant application.
