Observations on the proceedings of the last session of Parliament. To which are annexed, exact copies of several valuable bills; viz. that for disabling pensioners from sitting and voting; that for obliging all Proceedings at Law to be in the English Language, &c. &c. &c. With a Copy of the Lords Protest on the 2d rejecting the Pension Bill. Also a true state of the national debt, provided or unprovided for by Parliament, as it stood the 31st of December 1729, and the 31st of December 1730, with the Produce of the sinking Fund in that Year, and to the Payment of what Debts the said Fund has been apply'd. Likewise An Account, shewing how the Monies given for the Service of the Year 1730 has been dispos'd of, distinguish'd under the several Heads, until the 5th Day of February 1730-1, and the Parts thereof remaining unsatisfy'd, and the Deficiency thereupon. Also An Account of the Produce of the Land Taxes for the Years 1721, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30; with the exact Charges of Interest, and other Deductions which have been made thereout.
