FAMILY PAPERS

The bulk of these papers consists of HSW's correspondence to and from family members, including his parents and brother, and as such gives a valuable insight into his early career in America and the establishment of BW & Co in London. The papers include some other materials of family provenance, such as HSW's parents' marriage certificate and a lock of his mother's hair.
