The first part is composed of notes made to the first 16 pp. of an interleaved copy of Robert Christison's 'Syllabus of the Course of Lectures on Medical Jurisprudence delivered at the University of Edinburgh, May 1831'. The second part has a title: 'Heads of Lectures on Medical Jurisprudence by John Mackintosh M.D. ... delivered at the Medical Theatre, Brown Square, Edinburgh, 1831', and consists of pp.1/2, 25-28 only. Produced in Edinburgh.
