Scirrhous carcinoma of the breast

Watercolour drawing of a schirrhous carcinoma of the breast, which had ulcerated through the skin, forming a large fungating tumour. It occupied the upper part of the breast and had pushed the nipple downwards, concealing it beneath its lower edge.
