Indenture apprenticing John Dixon, of Hemsworth, Yorks., to William Wood Wiseman, surgeon and apothecary, of Ossett, near Wakefield, Yorks. Dixon was to serve for five years, learning the profession of a surgeon accoucheur and apothecary.
