File consists of correspondence with people who have surnames from Acheson to Benner, related to the seminar on, "Public Health in the 1980's and 1990's: Decline and Rise?", which was held at the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, on 12 October 2004 (postponed from 30 March 2004). The seminar was part of the Wellcome Witnesses to Twentieth Century Medicine meetings also known as the Witness Seminars. The transcript of this seminar was published as Volume 26 of the Witness Seminar series, V. Berridge, D.A. Christie and E.M. Tansey (editors), Public Health in the 1980's and 1990's: Decline and Rise?, (London: Wellcome Trust, 2006).
