Notes

Liz Cook comes from Broadstairs. She set up her own organisation in India after becoming appalled with the fact that many products (such as Christmas decorations) are made by people working in terrible conditions. She talked about her time in India. The community in India she is currently working with make felt flowers which she is going to talk about on the plinth.
