Description

Written throughout in the same handwriting (i.e. that of John Henderson) as MSS. Nos. 23, 32 and 58A-D. The text is written on the recto only, occasional notes being added on the verso. The manuscript consists of extracts from lectures known by MS.MSL.58 to be those of John Gregory, at Edinburgh. The course here reported is immediately prior or subsequent to 1769, the course for that year being reported in MSS. 58A-C. The extracts are from lectures on the Practice of Medicine, and for each disease is given the history, causes, diagnosis and treatment.
