Description
These are tape recordings of various lectures given by Dick Read, mainly during his tour of the USA and Canada in 1957-1958. These later lectures can be dated at least approximately from notes with them or by consultation of his itinerary [PP/GDR/C.96]. Most of the notes in the tapes appear to be in Jessica Dick Read's handwriting.
The tapes in box 36 are reel-to-reel masters and not available for consultation. Readers should order the copy tapes in box 65.
Some tapes found with these were either severely deteriorated or blank and therefore have not been kept. TAPES TRANSFERRED TO MOVING IMAGE AND SOUND COLLECTION IN 2008.
