Dr Mead correspondence: laboratory animal statements

For May, 1942, numbers of laboratory animals (rabbits, mice, rats) produced and required by Wellcome Research Laboratories, The British Drug Houses Ltd, May & Baker Ltd, and Boots Pure Drug Co Ltd. Two accompanying letters refer to the figures as the first "fortnightly returns" in accordance with TRC Board Minute 62(b), although no other returns are in the file.

Also, "Standards for Substances Requiring Biological Assay (Excluding Bacteriological Products)" - author and date not indicated [4 sheets].
