Statuta Collegii Medicorum Londinensium. On the second leaf it is stated that 'The notes and alterations in this copy of the Statutes ... are in the handwriting of Dr. Pelham Warren who was one of the Censors of the College at the time of the revisal of the Statutes'. The Statutes were revised in 1835-36. Produced in London.
