In a general meeting of the citizens, burgesses and inhabitants of Aberdeen, called by public advertisement in hand bills, and in the Aberdeen Journal of the 11th instant, to consider the heads of a police bill published by the magistrates, and circulated among the citizens for their consideration and opinion.
